Do you have a stable EA career from within the FMCG sector? This is an exciting new opportunity to join a small team of EAs to support a number of senior individuals in the region for an instantly recognised global brand. No day will be the same in this exceptionally fast paced and nurturing environment, based at their regional HQ in Dubai. You will provide support to a team of Vice Presidents working across the Middle East region and be fully involved in their corporate lives. Working highly collaboratively with your peers it is expected that you will possess a great deal of motivation and confidentiality and have the ability to ensure your VP team remains on schedule with travel, meetings, documents, follow up and reports. As an experienced EA you will take control of emails and diary management, coordinate travel via the external agent, and ensure meetings are fully prepared, whether in person or online. Meetings will be across multiple time zones and the preparation of excel reports and PowerPoint presentations will also be part of your daily duties. With a great deal of contact via WhatsApp you should be familiar with this flow of communication and have the flexibility to support the team outside of the normal working hours on occasion. You will also assist the EA team with the collation of Board papers, ensuring exceptionally high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Often liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, your strong communication skills, and fluency in both Arabic and English languages will ensure you constantly develop strong relationships, and act as an ambassador for the Vice President’s office.
