Job Description: ? Heavily involve with Conducting interviews and communicating with recruitment partner agencies ? Develop and implement employee engagement strategies ? Implement performance appraisal systems while ensuring to improve KPI metrics, goals align with company objectives ? Conduct employee performance evaluations and providing feedback to plan for and monitor progress ? Address current situation affecting performance issues and developing improvement plans

Qualifications: ? Open to Indian nationalities ? Male, 35-45 years old ? Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field ? Atleast 8 years of experience as HR with proven track record in HR management ?
