Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the reception area, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
  2. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
  3. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  4. Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.
  5. Handle office expenses and vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
