Responsibilities: - Identify and understand the needs of potential buyers and sellers. - Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values. - Guide clients through the property buying or selling process, providing expert advice and assistance. - Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers on behalf of clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Stay up-to-date with market trends, property regulations, and legal requirements.
