Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Scancruit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and attract top-tier clients and candidates. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure that marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Create and oversee the production of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, promotional materials, and high-quality marketing videos. Manage and optimize Scancruit’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms. Implement and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns with a proven track record, using real setups beyond basic tools like Mailchimp. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and recruitment, to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment marketing.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry. Strong understanding and proven track record of successful campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google. Proficiency in video creation and editing, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing videos. Expertise in implementing and managing sophisticated email marketing campaigns using advanced platforms (not just Mailchimp). Experience in the recruitment industry is a significant advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management platforms).
