Job Overview: To provide quality food and beverage service that is consistent with standard
operating procedures at all times.
Main Tasks, Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Review and understand restaurant menu or event plan at the beginning of each shift.
- Attend pre-shift meetings to ensure events flow smoothly.
- Communicate with supervisor/captain regarding any special needs.
- Make necessary adjustments and relay information to appropriate personnel.
- Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Understand and communicate product and service-related queries to guests.
- Replenish buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
- Respond to and fulfill any special event arrangements.
- Pass any necessary information to the next staff member on duty.
- Communicate areas of need, problems, and concerns from guests to supervisors/managers.
- Assist others with side work, including cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Ensure meeting rooms are reset for the next event.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
- Pack food as required, individual boxes, food pans, etc.
- Greet and seat guests guided by protocol.

Preferred Qualification, Experience & Skills
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a similar restaurant or
catering operation preferred. (Fresher will be accepted based on circumstances)
Skills and competencies: Ability to work in a multicultural environment, strong leadership
and organizational skills, knowledge of food & beverage, proactive,
