Job Opportunity: Cash Office Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and trustworthy with experience in handling financial transactions? Join our team in Dubai as a Cash Office Clerk and help manage our cash operations efficiently!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily cash transactions, including counting, sorting, and verifying cash and checks.
Record all cash office transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports, ensuring all transactions balance.
Deposit cash and checks into the bank and maintain accurate records of deposits.
Monitor cash flow and ensure that sufficient cash is available for daily operations.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of all financial data.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cash handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a cash office clerk, cashier, or in a similar financial role is preferred.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to handle large sums of money with integrity and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in accounting or finance are an advantage.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
