What you will do:
- Prospect for potential B2B customers using various direct methods such as calling, communication through e-mail, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking via events. This activity is required in the first 4 months.
- Qualify prospects with different de-fleeting volumes and against Autorola Gulf criteria for ideal customers. This activity is required in the first 4 months.
- Explore opportunities to sell Autorola Gulf’s remarketing services when dealing with fleet owners and professional sellers. This activity is required in the first 4 months.
- Source used cars fit for online auction from rental/leasing companies and professional fleet owners. This activity is required in the first 4 months.
- Promote and sell exclusively sourced used cars to B2B dealers/traders and achieve or exceed the allocated monthly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with UAE based individual car dealers and professional used car buyers and traders to increase brand awareness.
- Prepare & develop meaningful management information, updates and reports.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the automotive used car industry including product range, models, features, and benefits.

Required Skills to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SaaS Automotive
- Good communication skills

About the Team:
- This role will be reporting to the General Manager.
What equips you for the role:
- Attested Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-8 years' experience in the professional Used Car industry in the UAE.
- You have a large network of B2B buyers representing dealer groups and used car traders and dealers in the UAE.
- Experience in used car valuation techniques – wholesale and end users.
- Experience selling at least 200 used cars.
- Experience with Salesforce to log customer interactions and follow up activities (training by Autorola Gulf).
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Telephone Etiquette: Sales Consultant’s job involves communicating with sellers and customers/dealers over the phone. This means you should have excellent telephone etiquette and discipline.
- A valid UAE driver’s license and own car is required.
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Fluency in English. Arabic fluency is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adopt Challenger Sales and Challenger Customer methodology.
- Limited business travel to Denmark and Türkiye can be expected.
