Position : Storekeeper

Qualification : Any Graduate
Domain: Civil Infra (Highrise & Villas)
Experience: 15-20 Years
The Main Job Responsibilities Are
- To maintain all stores records receipts, issues, return, rejection, expired stocks etc
- Planning of man power co-ordinating with purchase department
- RMPM reconciliation.
- Must Have Knowledge of SAP.
- Inspection & Inventory management of all incoming Materials by working close with plant team
- Preparation of Bin cards & maintain proper register.
- Follow-up with Purchase Department / suppliers for the requirement given to them.
- Periodic stock taking as per policy
- Disposal of scrap as per company policy
- To ensure all spare parts raw material are entered at security gate & stamped before accepting in stores.
- To ensure proper G.R.N.'s are made on immediate receiving goods.
- To ensure spare parts are received according to P.O's
- To ensure rejected goods are sent back after co-ordinate with supplier through proper documents
- To ensure spare parts or misc. goods are ordered & made available as and when required by coordination with plant team
- To ensure Production Manager, Maintenance Manager are inform about any high consumption of any particular item.
- To ensure records are maintained for receiving & issuing spares are maintained on daily basis.
Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
Additional qualification of Construction Management will be added advantage
Must Have Knowledge of SAP.
15 to 20 yrs of experience in main contractor in similar role.
Sound technical knowledge of Villas & High rise projects
