Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B (Food and Beverage) Staff to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As an F&B Staff member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout the dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
Assist with the preparation of beverages and simple food items as needed.
Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
Monitor and restock supplies, including condiments, utensils, and beverages.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service standards.
Requirements:

Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
