Job Overview
Responsible for performing market research and analysis to provide insights on the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, using data visualization tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate periodical Sales and Marketing Reports for the Executive Management.
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and marketing strategies.
Monitor industry statistics and follow market trends.
Translate complex findings into written text and prepares periodic reports that track key performance metrics on sales & marketing trend.
Work closely with internal and external teams, provide findings in reports and dashboards and present to other departments and relevant stakeholders.
Collect & analyze data on customer demographics, preferences and buying behaviors.
Conduct evaluation and verification activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Create customer segmentation by demographic and behavioral characteristics.
Conduct activities to ensure data integrity in CRM.
Generate Ad-hoc Reports and Dashboard as and when requested.
Identify and escalate opportunities to improve performance in sales & marketing.
Educational & Experience Background:
Must have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Ability:
CRM Knowledge and experience (Salesforce/ MS Dynamics preferably).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point (Mandatory).
Strong analytical skills and statistical analysis capabilities.
Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools – Tableau / Power BI.
Experience or knowledge of R/Python.
Experience in MS Access/MS SQL.
