Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a skilled Client Success Specialist – Day shift to join the Client Success team of an established fin-tech trading firm. The
successful candidate will have 2- 3 years of experience in Customer service. The Client success specialist will be responsible for day-to-day servicing of clients.
The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships.
Required skills:
A bachelor’s degree/Post graduate Diploma/ Professional degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service role preferably within the financial services industry
• Ability to write and speak in the following languages: Arabic + English to a professional standard is highly advantageous.
• Project management skills
