Position: Personal Assistant to CEO
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: 4,000 AED - 6,000 AED per month

Job Description:
As the CEO’s Personal Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, draft correspondence, and assist with special projects. The role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Office Management: Oversee the organization of the CEO’s office, ensuring it remains efficient and functional.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting a senior executive or CEO.
Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Presentable, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
