Charterhouse is working with a market leader in the Leisure, Entertainment and Destinations Industry. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will work closely alongside the senior leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive promotional marketing campaigns to attract a global audience. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be based in the Abu Dhabi office.
About the role
This is a 360-role responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives across all channels which are consistent and aligned with overall business objectives. The role will work closely alongside the Head of Marketing and Sales department to manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively. In addition, this role will involve regular research of industry trends to identify ways of raising the brand’s profile and its products across international markets.
Our client is looking to hire a commercially focussed senior marketing professional who has hands on experience in managing and executing successful B2C consumer campaigns. A key requirement of the role will be to effectively demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, alongside the ability to project manage multiple priorities within challenging deadlines.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Marketing or a related field, with at least 7 years professional experience, having previously worked in a leadership position which involves strategic planning and budget management. Our client is looking to hire someone from a B2C consumer marketing background, either working in an agency setting or for a leading multinational brand, preference will be given to those with relevant industry experience.
