We are a leading packaging and printing manufacturing group in the United Arab Emirates seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Dubai.


We play an important part in the food and beverage industry and serve the communities within we operate in. We employ over 1200 people and support more than 2400 customers within the GCC region.


Job Purpose:


Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring the top-tier talent to support our packaging and printing business and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.

A skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition professional with result-oriented mindset and strong understanding of all recruitment techniques and best practices. A successful candidate must have a strong understanding of various level and function hirings within manufacturing sector including technicians and operators, supervisory and managerial levels.

Main Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

• Responsible for utilizing various recruitment channels including job platforms, referrals etc. and in line with ENPI's talent acquisition strategy.

• Support and collaborate with the HR Leads and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Regularly post job advertisements on various job boards and in line with the company's recruitment policy; source, conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.

• Entering new data required for ERFs on HR High Orbit platform, continuously update the existing data and coordinate between the hiring team and HR.

• Maintain accuracy of records for all recruitment activities and the hiring process including the new joiners' files.

• Responsible for smooth onboarding of new joiners by following all areas of the onboarding process focusing on (compliance, clarification, culture and connection); create an engaging experience for new employees.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all times and throughout the recruitment process.

• Attend and participate in career and networking events and promote ENPI Group to job seekers and recent UAE graduates.

• Assist and support the HR Director by providing regular updates on all recruitment activities and any ad-hoc tasks when required.

• Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.


Education and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in human resources/business administration or related field.


Other requirements:


Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in packaging or manufacturing industry.
