Team Leader (Retail Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets
  • Providing Solutions to Customer's Queries/Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of products in his/her department
  • My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
  • Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards
  • Perpetual Inventory Count
  • Cleanliness of area of responsibility
  • Managing brand promoters under his/her assigned team/ department

Requirements

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification – Graduation or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics Retail Sales
  • Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
