- Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets
- Providing Solutions to Customer's Queries/Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of products in his/her department
- My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)
- Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards
- Perpetual Inventory Count
- Cleanliness of area of responsibility
- Managing brand promoters under his/her assigned team/ department
Requirements
Requirements Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification – Graduation or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Electronics Retail Sales
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership and team management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of the products or services offered in the store.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
