We are currently hiring a dynamic Operations Project Specialist/Business Process Analyst, responsible to optimize business processes, work cross-functionally to enhance operational performance through process mapping, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean and PMP frameworks.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement and operational efficiency across the operations, finance, and compliance functions.
- Develop and implement process flows, lane diagrams, and business process maps to improve operational outcomes.
- Drive ERP system implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) ensuring successful integration with business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose strategic solutions to mitigate operational challenges.
- Facilitate stakeholder management and foster cross-department collaboration to meet business needs.
- Track project timelines, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery.
- Implement process optimization methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to continuously improve organizational performance.
To Join our team, you will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, business process optimization, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and experience in ERP implementation.
- Proficient in process mapping, lane diagrams, and business process flows.
- Solid understanding of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with operations, finance, compliance, or EDD processes.
- Experience with Six Sigma/Lean methodologies is a must.
Language skills:
- English.
- Any second language is desirable.
