Position: Logistic Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Schedule and track shipments, ensuring accurate documentation.
Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to manage delivery timelines.
Prepare and review shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, etc.).
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock levels and inventory management.
Resolve delivery, transportation, and logistics issues promptly.
Maintain logs, records, and reports related to logistics operations.
Implement and monitor processes for cost savings and increased efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Logistic Coordinator or similar role.
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
