Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Management: Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance for analysis
- Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess raw data to prepare it for analysis, addressing issues such as missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct EDA to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data using statistical techniques and visualization tools
- Model Development: Design, implement, and validate machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems and predict future outcomes
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and effectiveness
- Data Visualization: Create informative visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align data projects with business objectives and ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data science roles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
