Ø Prepare proposals, quotations and sales presentations
Ø Check data accuracy in cost estimation
Ø Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Ø Laison with the business development team and update proposals based on client updated requirements
Ø Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Ø Followup call on quotes and proposals to customers
Ø Prepare bill of quanties
Ø Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads and pitches.
Ø Preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.
Ø Maintain and update sales and customer records
Ø Develop monthly sales reports
Ø Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
Ø Liaise with design, documentation and project dept to ensure timely deliveries
Ø Maintain and update sales and customer records
Ø Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Ø Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Skills
Requirements:
Ø An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or engineering field is preferred.
Ø Demonstrable experience in sales support administration, or similar.
Ø Experience with sales industry software like ERP , CRM systems, or similar.
Ø In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
Ø Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
Ø Proficiency in excel , powerpoint and outlook
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
Ø Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
