Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and execute new employee onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and analytics.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes.
  • Promote a positive work culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in managing the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide support for managers and employees in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

Compliance and Policy Management:

  • Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and company standards.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.

Training and Development:

  • Assist in identifying training needs and creating development plans for employees.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs.

HR Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
