Role: Leadership Level– Recruitment Sales
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence in UAE and the Middle East. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting team efforts to meet revenue goals. The Sales Manager collaborates with internal teams, including business, marketing, and product units, to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction. As the face of the company in specific regions or sectors, the Sales Manager works to maintain a robust client portfolio and expand the business footprint.
In this role, the Manager will work closely with senior management to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue. This includes finding potential new clients, presenting company services, converting prospects into long-term clients, and managing ongoing client relationships.
Job Description:
Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development strategies.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continuous engagement with the company's offerings.
Sales Pipeline Management: Work to ensure a robust and qualified pipeline of sales opportunities. Monitor team activities to ensure focus on high-potential prospects.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to expand reach in assigned markets or territories. Leverage market insights to target high-potential prospects.
Market Mapping: Research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and map organizational hierarchies within client companies to ensure comprehensive client coverage.
Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales approaches and pitches tailored to client needs, ensuring the company’s solutions align with client goals.
Proposal Development: Work with internal teams to create proposals and presentations that address client requirements, handle objections, and present compelling solutions.
Client Meetings: Organize and conduct meetings between clients and internal leadership to present solutions that address clients' future needs.
Revenue Growth: Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within existing accounts and partner with senior managers to close new business deals.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and product offerings.
Sales Forecasting: Set and track sales targets, ensuring that goals are met through team performance and effective sales execution.
Eligibility:
- Graduate or MBA with 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales.
Demonstrated ability to generate new business, close deals, and meet sales targets.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Integrity, work ethic, and a client-focused approach.
- Prior experience in managing teams or willingness to grow into a team management role is preferred.
