Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Junior Paralegal to join their successful team in Dubai. This is an entry level role; however, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have a qualification within the Legal Field and relatable work experience.

About the Role

Based in Dubai, our client, an international law firm is looking for a pro-active Junior Paralegal support to a Partner and a Team of Lawyers. This role will be expected to provide administrative support to the team on varied caseload. This role will be assisting a team of fee earners including legal research, collating information. The Paralegal will prepare and assemble bibles for client meetings. Coordinating, as well as attending conferences and client meetings, taking minutes and prepare hearing bundles for court.

The Paralegal must be able to perform various legal administrative duties such as document management, proofread and draft documents, work in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volume enquiries. This role will also assist with the billing process and carry out any adhoc duties where required.

About you

To be considered for this role it is essential that the ideal candidate have experience working within a busy, corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow within Legal Services.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and being fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a requirement for this role. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
