We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and manage essential bookkeeping tasks for our office in Dubai, UAE. This is a permanent position requiring a detail-oriented individual who can manage financial records while assisting in various executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
Bookkeeping Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget management.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Support year-end financial audits and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Good proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is highly desired.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong commitment to availability and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive and adaptable problem-solving skills.
