Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.

• Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

• Manage appointments and maintain the office calendar.

• Receive and sort mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.

• Assist with general administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

• Handle inquiries and provide information about our services.

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

• Coordinate office supply orders and manage inventory.

• Provide support to other departments when necessary.

Work Interactions:

  • Internal: All departments in ULO, Admin, DGM, GM
  • External: Clients

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications:
  • • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience:
  • • Fresh graduate or 1-year experience in a similar front desk role.
  • Skills:
  • • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • • Strong customer service orientation.
  • • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • • Technical proficiency with office equipment like phones, printers, and copiers.
