Aqua Vista Real Estate LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate market in Dubai, with a proven track record of success. Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead follow-ups
• Conduct market research to identify property trends and potential leads
• Provide clients with expert advice on property investments, sales, and rentals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients
• Ensure all sales activities comply with local real estate regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property trends
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management

Skills

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Consultant in Dubai
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
• Proficiency in CRM software (Bitrix24)
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
