Job Purpose
Oversee the development, implementation, and sustainability of organizational culture strategies that foster a motivating environment and align with ENOC's strategic goals.
Principal Accountabilities
Strategy Contribution
- Develop and align strategies with ENOC’s vision and mission.
- Advise leadership on culture-related strategies and propose initiatives to enhance ENOC’s employee value proposition.
Management
- Set team objectives, manage performance, and foster a value-driven culture.
- Lead culture initiatives and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Manage and monitor budget performance, identify improvement areas, and support cost control.
Organization Culture
- Analyze data and identify key initiatives to shape the desired culture.
- Implement and communicate initiatives, gathering feedback to measure impact and make adjustments.
Diversity and Inclusion
- Establish policies and programs to support diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.
- Create awareness programs and ensure representation and engagement across the organization.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Implement policies and processes for consistent, cost-effective service delivery.
- Integrate engagement and recognition into business priorities.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with Group CHRO and heads of departments.
Reporting
- Prepare timely reports and monitor HR metrics to support HR management review.
Requirements
Educational: Bachelor’s in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 6-8 years’ relevant experience in managing organization culture with exposure to HR legislations and developing diversity and inclusion strategies, with at least 5 - 6 years in similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities in the Group HR management function.
