ERP Integration Support and Outsourcing Manager

A highly skilled ERP Integration Support and Outsourcing Manager to drive the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and manage outsourcing relationships for the Planning workstream. This role demands hands-on experience with D365. The role is also responsible for the managing outsourcing third parties for the Production team as well as resolving capacity issues through effective outsourcing management.


Responsibilities:

Dynamics 365 ERP Integration

  • Lead the implementation and roll-out phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, focusing on the Supply Planning function across all sites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth integration and alignment with business processes.
  • Oversee the configuration and functional testing of ERP systems, utilizing experience from previous projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system efficiency and effectiveness.

Outsourcing Management

  • Identify and assess outsourcing needs to address production capacity issues
  • Develop action plans, including Capex proposals
  • Manage third-party outsourcing relationships, ensuring that production meets quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and deadlines.

Capacity Planning and Resolution

  • Monitor and analyze capacity requirements, and proactively address potential future issues.
  • Implement solutions to resolve capacity challenges, leveraging experience from previous roles in identifying and addressing such issues.

D365 Roll out plan Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the ERP system and outsourcing processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Actively engage and manage the roll out phasing for Supply planning across all sites as well as identify learnings and best practices from the 1st roll out to continuously improve the quality of roll out.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on ERP integration status, outsourcing performance, and capacity planning to senior management.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, action plans, and third-party agreements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, particularly in Supply planning and/or supply chain modules.
  • Experience in managing third parties and/or experience in managing Production casual employees.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and functional activities within ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in managing outsourcing relationships and resolving production capacity issues.
