Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will manage the administrative tasks including handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, setting up meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective support to the Managing Director to ensure smooth functioning of their operational activities and assist in daily administrative duties.
  • Be the point of contact for general communication.
  • Organise and schedule the meetings, plan and maintain the calendar and recurring tasks, set agenda and action points for all meetings.
  • Manage emails, information, and other communications; highlight and prioritise those that need immediate attention.
  • Attend Management Meetings and other strategic/product meetings to take notes and action points, send the minutes of the meetings to all the attendees.
  • Act as ‘Follow-up Manager’ for the Senior Management and cross-functional teams to update the status of agreed action points.
  • Provide assistance in filing and documentation and to perform those duties as assigned by the MD from time to time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the documents and information whether in electronic or printed form.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Admin/Executive Assistant to Top Level Management
  • Hands on experience in Ms office, other software’s, etc.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
