We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations and growth of Sim Racing. This role is hands-on, requiring active engagement with customers, oversight of venue activities, and team coordination to ensure a premium racing experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers, assisting with bookings, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
- Communicating with guests to address inquiries, provide guidance, and gather feedback.
- Supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Managing and training team members, including customer experience operators.
- Actively participating in venue activities and supporting staff during busy periods.
- Monitoring the performance and maintenance of racing simulators and equipment.
- Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Overseeing customer bookings, events, and special experiences.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
- Addressing customer feedback and resolving any operational issues promptly.
- Reporting operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Other Requirements

- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn simulator systems and software.
