- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting and reviewing employee objectives.
5. HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
- Address queries related to compensation and benefits.
7. Separation Processes:
- Handle employee exits, including resignation, termination, and retirement processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports for management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office.
