About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant to manage our financial records and support office operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in bookkeeping and financial procedures, ensuring smooth tracking of transactions and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:
Financial Tasks:
- Process, track, and record daily transactions, including credits and debits.
- Manage bookkeeping activities, maintaining ledgers and financial documentation.
- Maintain a record of all invoices (payable and receivable) and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets.
- Monitor company expenses, track cash flow, and generate financial reports.
- Utilize Excel or accounting software to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports for management.
Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- knowledge of financial reporting and balance sheet preparation.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
