About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant to manage our financial records and support office operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in bookkeeping and financial procedures, ensuring smooth tracking of transactions and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:

Financial Tasks:

  • Process, track, and record daily transactions, including credits and debits.
  • Manage bookkeeping activities, maintaining ledgers and financial documentation.
  • Maintain a record of all invoices (payable and receivable) and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets.
  • Monitor company expenses, track cash flow, and generate financial reports.
  • Utilize Excel or accounting software to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management.


Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
  • knowledge of financial reporting and balance sheet preparation.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
