The role holder is responsible for planning and executing all company events & exhibitions. The other component of the role is to be responsible for both traditional and digital campaigns within the Marcoms department. The main objective of the role is to increase the overall awareness level and positioning of Dubai Health Care City in the UAE, the region and internationally as a global healthcare destination.

  • Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Comes up with suggestions to enhance the events' success.
  • Coordinate all operational requirements during events.
  • Lead promotional activities for the events as part of a 360 marketing approach.
  • Ensure events are completed smoothly and steps up to resolve any problems that might occur
  • Analyze the event’s success and prepares reports to be submitted to management.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of the promotional campaigns of the event.
  • Brief and oversees the work of internal and external agencies.
  • Work along with the marketing and communication head to proof read all Marcomms collaterals both physical and digital.
  • Ensure that the organization's brand and identity are adhered.
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign/event results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Takes responsibility for executing of any trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns and events.


Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/communications/Events/Digital Marketing or another related field.


Years Of Experience:

5 years of relevant experience

Healthcare industry knowledge and experience are preferred
