Position: HR & Admin Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for developing and executing HR strategies, managing office operations, and creating an effective work environment. The ideal candidate will be who have a strong background in HR and administration, with preference given to those with experience in finance or investment.


Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational policies and local regulations.

Oversee recruitment, performance management, employee training and development.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

Office Administration:

Ensure efficient and organized office operations.

Handle procurement, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.

Ensure workplace safety and health standards.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure all organizational activities comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Support:

If experienced in finance or investment, support budgeting and financial management within the organization.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR & Admin Manager role or similar position.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Experience in finance or investment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Dubai or the UAE.

Proficiency in HR management software and financial systems.
