A real estate company in Dubai is looking to hire a Self-Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant having strong market knowledge and excellence in closing deals who is looking for a growth opportunity with limitless aspirations to meet his/her dreams!

This is a commission base job where a generous commission slab up to 60 % with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

· Real Estate Experience is required.

· Minimum Work Experience: 2-3 Years in real estate (Rental and Sales) with a proven track record of achievement of deals and sales.

· Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree.

· Career Level: Mid-level

· Gender: Any (Male/Female)

· Language: English, Hindi any other language is an advantage (Like Russian, Chinese, etc ) Arabic is also an advantage but not essential.

· Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

· Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication skills

· Pleasant & Trustworthy

· RERA Qualification is ideal but not essential Broker card is an advantage.

· Must Have Driving License
Responsibilities

• Work on REAR system (Ads permits, leasing and sale deals).

• Property listings on portals and social media.

• Generate clients (finding new tenants or buyers) that lead to buying, selling, and renting a property. Updating and maintaining an accurate client database.

• Create lists for real estate sales and leasing properties.

• Understanding client needs and achieving their needs.

• Correspondences (calling and inquiries/emails/social media). • Meet clients and conduct property Viewing/Developers' office. • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

• Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price. And providing counsel on market conditions and prices.

• Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions. • Ensuring that all real estate transactions are following applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.
