Purpose of Job
Carries out the skilled installation, maintenance and repair of telecommunication systems such as radio telecom, equipment and accessories including telecommunications cable network, PABX, Fax
Machine, VHF/UHF radios and intercom system installed.
Skills,Experience and Education
- Completion of Secondary School (12 Years) education followed
- by a 2-year Diploma in a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of
- telecommunication radio portables, single channel, mobile radio and telephone
- network. Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
- Telecommunications, Telecommunications Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Telecommunications Technician.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunications systems.
- The ability to interpret technical manuals and schematic designs.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- A detail-oriented disposition.
