Guildhall is recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading entertainment and adventure experiences company in the UAE, offering immersive, combat-style games and outdoor recreational activities such as paintball, airsoft, laser tag, and team-based challenges. With multiple venues across the country, the company provides exciting and safe environments for families, friends, and corporate groups to enjoy fun, active, and team-oriented experiences.
The successful candidate will focus on expanding the company’s corporate, group, and event-based client base, driving revenue through partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B collaborations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, creative, and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and approach new clients in corporate, education, and tourism sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, companies, and group booking partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design tailored packages and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Track and report on sales performance and business pipeline.
- Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally within the entertainment, leisure, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Passion for adventure, recreation, and active lifestyle experiences is a plus.
