Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah Job Description: • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. • Proficient in HRIS systems, payroll processes, and handling HR documentation with attention to detail.
