Are you an experienced Lead/ Senior Interior Designer, Our client, a prestigious and well-established International interior design studio based in Dubai, is actively seeking two talented Lead/ Senior Interior Designers to join their friendly and creative team. This is a unique opportunity to join a friendly team in Dubai and work on an incredible portfolio of Hospitality, high end residential and F&B projects . Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the design process for hospitality and F&B projects from concept through to completion.( must be concept driven) * Revit would be helpful but not essential * Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes to clients. * Produce detailed design documentation, including space plans, FF&E specifications, and construction drawings. * Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the design vision is executed to the highest standards. * We are looking for strong leaders who can effectively lead teams and manage client relationships.

* A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field. * A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in interior design ( 5 years working as a senior) , with a strong focus on hospitality and high-End Residential projects. * A portfolio that demonstrates a strong conceptual and creative approach to design. * Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience is a plus. * Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
