A reputable company in Business Bay, Dubai is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of HR procedures and UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and attendance records.
- Coordinate with departments for HR-related matters and scheduling.
- Support payroll preparation and leave management.
- Prepare reports and assist in performance evaluations.
- Handle employee queries and ensure HR policies are followed.
- Support HR management in organizing training and staff engagement activities.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Salary Package:
AED 4,000 – 6,500 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
