Back Office Assistant

UAE - Sharjah

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Assistant to support administrative and operational tasks behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will manage data, documentation, and internal coordination to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

Handle data entry, record keeping, and updating internal databases.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.

Assist with processing invoices, forms, and company paperwork.

Coordinate with different departments for information and follow-ups.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Perform back-end administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and documentation.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks.

Support office staff with any additional administrative duties.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Back Office Assistant or in an administrative role preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
