Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and maintain policy endorsements and updating them correctly with communications to team.
  • Access & update for the system requirements in line with Regulatory mandates
  • Monitor & manage the adherence of all processes of department as defined in the DTP.
  • Performs such that cost efficiencies are managed in the day-to-day working of the department


Skills

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in the related industry and especially from a TPA.
  • At least two years' experience in customer service/call center within the managed care, insurance, healthcare, or related call center environment.
  • Good knowledge of health insurance industries and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and medical coding e.g., ICD and CPT
