We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage office responsibilities efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and files
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and internal communications
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Manage incoming emails, calls, and inquiries
Support HR, accounts, and admin teams when required
Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and printing
Ensure confidentiality of company information
Assist with daily operational tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration or back-office roles preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Must be currently inside UAE
