Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in supervising and managing store staff
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Support in achieving sales targets and reporting performance
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and operational compliance
Handle staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day operational tasks
