Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Project Leader. The role entails managing project lifecycles, including concept design, planning, execution, and delivery, while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects align with client expectations and timelines.
Main responsibilities Develop project proposals using design and graphic modeling tools Prepare project specifications and support the Dubai General Manager during purchasing and sales phases Interact with the sales team and the group’s Project Managers to define customer requirements Supervise suppliers through site inspections and production checks Update technical drawings during the project preparation stages Coordinate operational and management phases following contract acquisition Supervise assembly, delivery, and dismantling phases (where necessary) Interact with the client during the project preparation phases
Qualifications Project Management, Agile Methodology, and Time Management skills Leadership, Team Coordination, and Stakeholder Communication abilities Problem Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking capabilities Experience in Concept design and executive design Familiarity with modern technologies and adaptability to complex projects Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are advantageous Work experience in architectural or design projects with global brands is a plus Proficiency in CAD programs and 3D modelling - preferable Vector Works
