Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a HORECA FMCG Sales Manager specializing in Oud and Perfumes, based in Khamis Mushait. The role involves managing and driving sales activities within the HORECA sector, identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing pricing strategies, creating sales reports, and coordinating with marketing teams to develop effective campaigns. Ensuring customer satisfaction and staying informed about market trends are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in sales management and client relationship building within the HORECA or FMCG sector Deep knowledge of Oud and Perfume products and market trends relevant to the industry Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in market analysis, strategy development, and inventory management Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Willingness to work on-site in Khamis Mushait Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Previous experience in the fragrance or luxury goods industry would be an advantage
