For the Performance Management Specialist role, we require a candidate who is fully capable in supporting and leading the below:Preparation and consolidation of performance and monitoring reports (KPIs, dashboards, and management updates) Coordination and follow-up for the annual planning cycle, including data collection from departments and conducting analysis and alignment of plans Basic financial analysis related to performance and budgeting Coordination with internal departments to gather inputs, validate data, and ensure timely submissionsKey skills and competencies:Strong analytical and critical thinking Strategic mindset with the ability to link KPIs and projects to overall objectives Good understanding of financial concepts and budgeting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High level of professionalism in dealing with internal teams and senior management Proficiency in Excel and Power Point for reporting and presentations
