Senior Landlord Acquisition Associate

OverviewThe Senior Landlord Acquisition Associate is responsible for driving the expansion of our Holiday Homes portfolio by securing new units from external landlords. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to confidently represent the company during meetings, negotiations, and property assessments. The role is focused on generating opportunities, presenting offers, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and external partners.Key responsibilitiesLead all acquisition efforts including landlord meetings, negotiations, proposal presentations, and closing agreements. Conduct property visits to assess suitability, compliance, required upgrades, and potential revenue performance. Prepare customised commercial proposals, financial breakdowns, and presentations that clearly communicate the value of our services. Present our brand, services, and revenue model in a clear, structured, and attractive manner to landlords and brokers. Oversee the full acquisition cycle from first contact to onboarding, coordinating with operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and marketing to ensure a smooth transition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and landlords to ensure a consistent lead pipeline. Monitor competitor offerings, market prices, and landlord expectations within the Dubai market to refine strategies. Utilise the CRM to track leads, conversion rates, agreements, and performance. Ensure newly onboarded units comply with DTCM requirements and meet internal quality standards before activation. Support marketing by sharing insights, suggestions, and market information relevant to external landlord acquisition.Skills and requirementsExcellent spoken and written English communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional tone. Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver proposals and information in a compelling and organised way. Minimum three years experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably dealing with landlords, brokers, property management, or leasing. Strong negotiation skills and confidence when meeting property owners. Well organised and capable of managing multiple leads and priorities simultaneously. Ability to build long term relationships based on trust and professionalism. Proactive attitude, ambition, and strong sense of ownership to achieve expansion targets.
