Ensure consistent cross-selling of value-added services such as corporate bank account opening, CT & VAT registration, accounting & bookkeeping, auditing, concierge services, and PRO services. Team Management & Performance Monitoring Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Setup Consultants to optimize individual and collective performance. Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor daily activity, and provide regular performance feedback and coaching. Relationship Management Oversight Manage a team of Relationship Managers responsible for handling client relationships post-onboarding. Ensure RMs guide clients through the next steps, including medical and biometric appointments for visa services when applicable. Oversee and drive the cross-selling of additional services by RMs, while maintaining and strengthening long-term client relationships through consistent communication and rapport-building. CRM Quality Control & Reporting Audit CRM entries regularly to ensure data integrity, accurate lead tracking, and proper documentation of client interactions. Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Business Development & Growth Initiatives Identify and initiate new business development channels beyond digital marketing campaigns (e.g., partnerships, events, referrals, B2B alliances). Forge relationships and establish agreements with Free Zone authorities to optimize incentive schemes and maximize benefits from referral-based incorporations. Actively contribute to the development and execution of strategies that support company growth and market expansion. Client Experience & Service Continuity Oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring high service standards from the initial inquiry to post-incorporation stages. Support both the sales and RM teams in handling high-value or strategic clients as needed. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance departments to ensure alignment across departments. Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and conversion rates, and suggest improvements based on sales insights. Market Intelligence Stay updated on company formation regulations, free zone and mainland developments, and competitor offerings. Train the team on new services, updates, and market changes to maintain high-level advisory capabilities. Qualifications Three or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Superb leadership ability
