Office Manager / Personal Assistant

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager and Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem solving, and keeping operations smooth behind the scenes.Key responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, internal planning, and meeting coordination•⁠ ⁠Handle travel bookings, itineraries, visas, hotels, and logistics•⁠ ⁠Oversee office operations, supplies, vendors, and basic admin•⁠ ⁠Prepare documents and follow up on action points•⁠ ⁠Manage email organisation and communication on behalf of the founder when needed•⁠ ⁠Support client onboarding, document collection, and coordination with partners•⁠ ⁠Track deadlines, reminders, renewals, and company compliance items•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with accounting for invoices and payments•⁠ ⁠Assist with research tasks, briefings, and light project support•⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with careWhat we are looking for:•⁠ ⁠Strong organisational mindset and attention to detail•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills•⁠ ⁠Comfortable managing multiple priorities•⁠ ⁠Proactive attitude and problem solving mindset•⁠ ⁠Experience in a similar role preferred•⁠ ⁠Based in Dubai and able to work on-sitePlease send your CV and note on why you are the ideal candidate to [Click to show email].
